Hello Jolly,
The Study has a question “ypsbfgf - Do you have a steady boyfriend or girlfriend?” that is only asked to young people aged 10 to 15 years old in even waves (2,4,6, etc.). You can find more details about this variable here: https://www.understandingsociety.ac.uk/documentation/mainstage/variables/ypsbfgf/
You may also review the wave 12 youth questionnaire here: https://www.understandingsociety.ac.uk/wp-content/uploads/documentation/main-survey/questionnaires/6614-main-survey-self-completion-questionnaire-youth-gb-w12.pdf
Additionally, you might be interested in the Best Friends module, which contains questions related to friendships. You can find it here: https://www.understandingsociety.ac.uk/documentation/mainstage/questionnaire-modules/bestfriends_w6/
Regarding geographical data, the Standard End User Licence provides information on country, Government Office Region (GOR), and a condensed urban-rural classification. We have also linked various neighbourhood indicators using the responding households’ address information in the special licence data, please review https://www.understandingsociety.ac.uk/documentation/linked-data/geographical-identifiers/ for more details.
I hope this information is helpful.
Best wishes,
Roberto Cavazos
