The variable bmiok was moved to the file xindresp_ns in the latest release.
You can verify this in the Data Dictionaries for UKDA-7251, available at: https://beta.ukdataservice.ac.uk/datacatalogue/studies/study?id=7251#!/documentation

Please note that the information on the website is still being updated, which is why bmiok still appears listed under Waves B and C.
