Description
Dear Understanding Society Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I have noticed a few cases where dvage significantly differs from istrtdaty – doby_dv . For these cases, should I use the year of birth to re-calculate the age, or can I use dvage provided in the dataset if individual age is a factor in my analysis?
Thank you for your time and attention. Please let me know if anything requires further clarification.
Kind regards,
Sen Li

Dear Sen Li,
I'd recommend using w_age_dv as this is the most consistent and correct of the age variables in the study.
Best wishes,
