Description
I am writing in respect of your data set a_indrep.sav as available via UK Data Service. I noticed that in this wave you asked respondents questions from the Spanier dyadic adjustment scale - variables labelled as follows:
a_screlparei
a_screlparcd
a_screlparwt
a_screlpards
a_screlparrg
a_screlparar
a_screlparir
a_screlparks
a_scparoutint
a_screlhappy
I am currently working on a research project which too uses this scale and I was wondering if you could point me in the direction of any publications that have analysed the results of the answers to these questions in your data set? Were they specifically added to the survey for a particular project?
Many thanks,
Sharon

Dear Sharon,
These variables were not added for a specific project, but they have been used by Relate. You can read about the study and link to their report here: https://www.understandingsociety.ac.uk/participants/case-studies/relate

Dear Sharon,
A colleague has let me know about two more publications using these variables:
1) The social context of parenting: mothers inner resources and social structures - Research Papers in Education
2) Marital status, relationship distress, and self-rated health: what role for 'sleep problems'? - Journal of Health and Social Behavior
Best wishes,

Thank you Stephanie,
That is really helpful. I will take a read and see how the data was used and log a new query if we decide there is further analysis that may be useful for our project.
Best wishes,
Sharon
