Description

Hi I'm trying to find out how many pairs of siblings exist where both individuals have genotype data. Is this (or an approximate) number available anywhere? I have searched through publications and FAQ but have failed to find anything so far.

Dear Gibran,

Many thanks for your enquiry. It has been passed on to our genetics and biomarkers team, who will be able to respond to you (although due to staff leave we may not be able to reply until next week).

Best wishes, Victoria.

Dear Gibran,

I'm very sorry for the delay in getting back to you about this, due to holiday commitments over the easter holiday period.

We have about 40 sibling pairs in the sample, both with genetic information (this does not include step brothers and sisters, only natural brothers and sisters).

We hope this helps, best wishes, Victoria.
