Description

I am developing a grant proposal that would use US, and I am wondering what the process is for having geographical data linked with the US data that are not currently available via special access. And are there any immediate or long-term plans to link any environmental data (toxins, pollutants, temperature, etc.) to US?

Hi Emily,
there are currently no plans to link to such data centrally. However, researchers can apply for secure access to Understanding Society data with the grid reference of the households' addresses included (SN 6676). For more information, see https://www.understandingsociety.ac.uk/about/data-linkage#part2.
Hope this helps,
Gundi
