Youth response rates

Description
I’m looking at the understanding society data for youths in 2009/10, 2011/12 and 2013/14. Could you tell me how many valid questionnaires were completed for youths in each of these waves and if possible give me exact figures for Wales? If you could provide response rates as well that would be great.

all information collected in the youth questionnaires is stored in the data file _youth. And each data file includes the variable _country. We provide frequency tables for all variables online, and it is very easy to find out the information you are looking for:

Response rates to the youth interview are published in the Understanding Society Quality Profile. If you were to calculate is yourself (e.g., for wave 6) you can examine the interview outcome variable _ivfio on the data file _indall.
