Description

Hi,

Im fairly new to the BHPS, so this question may be a bit straightforward for the more proficient amongst you, but is it possible to distinguish private and public sector in these surveys? I have been going through the codebooks and have a hard time finding this.

Have a look at job sector question,JBSECT, under Employment: Sector and Duties
I find the BHPS Thesaurus a useful starting point for finding a specific module or question.
