Hello,

I am enquiring about the questions relating to partner relationship quality as part of the adult self-completion questionnaire (Qs 31-34; e.g. “Please indicate on each question the box which best describes your relationship with your partner at the moment – “Stimulating exchange of ideas”).

I wonder could you tell me how these questions were derived, e.g. are they based on any existing measures? I tried to find information on the website and in various reports but had no luck.

Dear Meg,

Many thanks for your enquiry. These questions were taken from the Dyadic Adjustment Scale (DAS) - unfortunately due to space constraints in the questionnaire we could not carry the entire set of questions, so we included the satisfaction section.
