conditional access to BHPS with older LAD coding?

Hi, there
I was trying to obtain the housing quality indicators/variables from the BHPS data, and applied to the data service having obtained the conditional access.
However, I realised I was supplied with the 9 character coding instead of the 4 digit coding, and it seems the data service only supplies this type of coding in SN6027. I would very much prefer to have the old LAD code at hand if that's possible.

So to make things a bit clearer, for example, the code I was supplied with Leeds is "E08000035", but I want to have this older coding version "00DA".

The source of the LAD code can be found in the documentation. Lookup tables to older geographies can be created from publicly available data from ONS.
