Reproducing survey questions

Description
Hello,
I just want to check whether it is acceptable to reproduce some of the survey questions, including the GHQ-12 questions, in an appendix to my Master's thesis, which is using data from waves 2 and 3. I will reference them properly but thought I should check if there are any other issues I should be aware of.

We are happy for you to include survey questions in publications of your research, on the understanding, as you suggest, that they are appropriately cited. For specific scales, it is important to check the original copyright and cite the original source as well. Some cales are shared under licence and may not agree to full reproduction of their questions.
