Redmine Support #494 (Closed): Pooled Cross-Sectional Analysishttps://iserredex.essex.ac.uk/support/issues/4942016-02-01T09:41:19ZPeter Lynnplynn@essex.ac.uk

We are aware that some users wish to pool data from multiple waves for the purpose of cross-sectional estimation (for example, to increase the sample size for a small population subgroup, or to obtain an estimate relating to a calendar year).

We have prepared the attached note, explaining when and how this can be done. We hope this helps.
Support #400 (Closed): Identifying when IP sample members diehttps://iserredex.essex.ac.uk/support/issues/4002015-08-12T12:02:02ZPeter Lynnplynn@essex.ac.uk

How does one identify which IP sample members are known to have died, and at which wave they died? Specifically, cases where the whole household has deceased and the household is therefore not included in w_indall_ip.

With the main stage data, one can do this by identifying households with the outcome w_ivfho==90 (in w_hhsamp) and then identifying the individuals associated with that household in xwaveid. But for IP, there is no xwaveid file. So.....?
