A little extra info:
The previous answer given for a similar question, directing to the online documentation does not provide insight into the methodology used to score the composite, I am looking for the actual methods. Thanks.
Understanding Society User Support - Support #969: Scoring Mechanism for big 5 personality scoreshttps://iserredex.essex.ac.uk/support/issues/969?journal_id=35162018-05-02T14:46:13ZStephanie Autys.auty@essex.ac.uk

Dear Twylla,

The aggregate scores are calculated by reverse coding the appropriate variables (scptrt5a1, scptrt5c2, scptrt5e3, scptrt5n3), then imputing a mean of two values for cases with just one item per trait is missing. The values for each trait are then averaged and rounded to the nearest whole number. If you would like the values for the cumulative scores without rounding then you can perform the calculation yourself using the responses provided.
