The variable names for the father and mother pidp are w_fnspid and w_mnspid. After you have attached w_mnspid and w_fnspid to cd_youth, you can use the advice given in the syntax file for matching parents and children information here https://www.understandingsociety.ac.uk/documentation/mainstage/syntax. The syntax basically involves renaming the mother/father pidp into pidp and then using pidp to match to the parent file, in your case that is cd_indresp. This was also explained in #1671 but here we are providing names of specific variable. Hope that makes it clearer.
